I left refreshed
I had only 24 hours to escape the city and work life, yet this home made it feel like I'd been away for a week. Easy to get to, instantly welcoming and the feeling of warmth everywhere. I left refreshed and can't wait to return !
Stylish, but homey
The magic A-frame on Sproat Lake was an awesome home away from home. Stylish, but homey, with an amazing location right on the lake with a private dock. We rented a boat and spent a lot of time on the water, and then were happy to return "home" for relaxed meals and rejuvenation. Interacting with the host was a dream - an ideal host.
Super comforable beds
This is a special place with a truly nostalgic vibe that gives it a true cottage experience. It’s super comfortable like your favourite jeans. Lots of space for everyone. Super comfortable beds. Then there’s the fact that it is on the best lake in the province. My favourite thing was the stairs that make getting in and out of the water easy for everyone. We will be regularly renting this cottage in the future
